JANUARY 19, 2009

WELL, TODAY HAS BEEN A VERY DIFFICULT DAY FOR DANNY. HE HAS HAD A TOTAL OF 6 SEIZURES AND ITS ONLY 8:15 PM. SOME HAVE BEEN MILD AND HE HAS HAD 2 REALLY BAD ONES. HIS APPETITE HAS BEEN PRETTY GOOD. TODAY HAS NOT BEEN AS GOOD AS IN THE PAST. THE TUMOR IS GETTING LARGER AND THAT IS WHATS CAUSING HIM TO HAVE SEIZURES. I JUST TRY TO COMFORT HIM WHEN HE HAS THEM. TONIGHT, I ASKED HIM TO USE THE WALKER SO IT CAN HELP HIM STEADY HIMSELF. THERE ISN'T MUCH HE CAN DO FOR HIMSELF AND HE SO WANTS TO DO SOMETHING ON HIS OWN. HIS BROTHER, CHRIS, VICKIE, JORDAN, BRE, CHAY AND KAYLIE WERE HERE FOR A SHORT TIME TO VISIT DANNY. I WANT TOMORROW TO BE A VERY QUIET DAY FOR DANNY. DANNY REALLY APPRECIATES ALL OF YOU THAT HAVE MADE COMMENTS AND EMAILS. HE IS PLANNING TO VISIT HIS DAD AND JOY ON SATURDAY. I KNOW HE WILL HAVE A GOOD TIME.

    your cousin jenna here. i am so glad to hear how well you are doing with everything. i am really trying to find time away from my training to come see you. you are always in my thoughts. hang in there and remember that we all love you very very much. hope to see you soon cuz.

    Hey Dan, It's Aunt Patty. Sorry you had such a hard day. I wish I could make those stupid seizures go away. I have been thinking about you all day. After I tutor tomorrow, I will come by to see you. I hope you sleep good tonite. I know the seizures take alot out of you. Stay strong for all of us.     Hey Danny, it's your ex-aunt Jackie. I was so surprised to see your picture. It has been YEARS since I have seen you. You look a lot like your Uncle Jim. Can't wait to see you now that you have shaved. Have your mom get the new picture up.
    You sure have been keeping busy with Aunt Patty and seeing lots of people. Jamie, Jenna and I are trying to come and see you. It is hard between both of their work schedules. Maybe we can come next Sunday, depending on the weather.
    Glad you had a good day, and will hopefully have many more.
    Tell your mom she is doing an awesome job. Don't you be giving her too much trouble, ya hear! Thoughts and prayers. Jackie
